Cistern and Hagia Sophia
First, the Byzantine cistern built by Justinian, I believe. Second, the Haghia Sophia, a really old church that was burnt down several times in riots and then converted to a mosque and eventually restored. Note the interesting mosaics! And the large, large scale. Sorry if a lot of the cistern pictures aren't that interesting. They were really cool in person, trust me.
