what's left of a meal at honorine's (old msid director). this dish is/was ceebu jen, or rice and fish. it's the senegalese national plate, mostly for its cheapness and hardiness, and it is eaten at least once a day. no two ceebu jens are ever the same, though, so there's no telling what you'll get when you order it.
