Ecuador - Yunguilla Internship
I spent 4 weeks doing an internship in a small community of 300 people in the mountains just north of Quito. I helped with their various community development projects - making cheese, making jam, working in their organic garden, clearing trails for their ecotourism project, and helping with construction.
