packing feta
This is also taken in the old cheese-kitchen, which has since been converted into a place to make pasta and bread. In this picture I am arranging tasty things (bay leaves, slices of lemon and red onions, peppercorns, oregano, rosemary, etc.) among cubes of feta in a jar which will later be filled with oil and left to become tastier than the sum of its parts.
