One of the little girls that I talked to a lot in the beginning. One time, she saw me talking to chickens (I was saying something like, "Don't go in the kitchen"). Feeling embarrassed, I told her, "I know they don't understand me, but I just tell them this anyways." Then she asked me, "Do the animals in the US understand you?" :-D
