How I Design A Sculpture  -  Since some people liked the old outdoor sculpture drawings I decided to take a crack at making a new one... only this time I would show all the scratch drawings that led up to the final design (though, again, none of my finalized designs are finished drawings in that they could be blueprinted). This sculpture began as a series of small sketches I made during a meeting at work. Those drawings were of something made of three main masses that tapered off. The following shows how the design evolved at home over the course of a week:
