First Outdoor Metal Sculpture
I made this for my mother. It was always meant to be an experiment, with the question at hand being how a sculpture made out of aluminum would hold up in the weather. The idea is that plants/vines planted at its base will eventually overgrow the whole frame and hide it and the metal altogether, thus making it an organic sculpture that would eventually change with the seasons.
