Grinnell Omelet

After making lunch, I decided to take a picture of it. This is a kale pesto omelet stuffed with sauteed zucchini and beet greens, accompanied with potatoes topped with parsley and green onions. All the vegetables I just named were from Grinnell Heritage Farm, and the eggs were from the Grinnell farmer's market.
