I did some cooking that day on a shelter by the beach, using up a lot of stuff that I'd bought at the open-air market to make an "Italian-inspired curry": Squash, onions, and small sweet peppers in a tomato sauce mixed with olive oil and curry mix and served over rice and lentils. It was a surprisingly good combo!
