Soffett and Facia
Working with tin and plastic, we install the soffett and the facia on the outside perimeter of the roof. The gas fireplace guys couldn't vent the unit without melting our siding soooooooo......they had to take the vent pipe (chimney) up through the roof - through our perfectly watertight shingles. Unlike a theatre set, these are the things you can never plan for.
