Spaghetti alla Carbonara. It's got eggs and Parma ham, and probably some Parmesan cheese too. First time, Mom ordered it; we came back to this place (only one English-speaking host, the hotel desk clerk sent us here and said it was 'perfect' and it was) and I ordered it that time; I had this dish once or twice more. It's good; I should learn to make it.
